These Terms of Use explain how players may access and use Pin-Up Bangladesh services, including casino games, sportsbook, payments, bonuses, and account tools. By registering, logging in, depositing, playing, or using any platform feature, the user accepts the current Terms. Acceptance of Terms
Using Pin-Up Bangladesh means accepting the Terms in full. This applies when a user creates an account, deposits funds, plays casino games, places sports bets, claims bonuses, requests withdrawals, or contacts support. Continued use after updates means the user accepts the revised version.

Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts may be terminated, and associated funds may be forfeited if this rule is violated.
Account Registration and Security
Users are responsible for all activity made through their account. Registration details must be accurate and up to date, and passwords, OTPs, 2FA codes, wallet PINs, and payment details must remain private.
KYC may be required before withdrawals or during account review. Pin-Up Terms state that identity verification may be requested at any time, especially before processing withdrawals, and accepted documents include a valid passport or National ID Card.

Use of the Platform

Withdrawals may require verification and payment review. The Terms state that withdrawals should be made to the same payment method used for deposits where applicable, and the platform may request additional verification before processing some withdrawals.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses have separate rules for wagering, expiry, maximum bets, game contribution, and abuse prevention. The Terms list standard wagering as x50, typical expiry as 72 hours, and the maximum active-bonus bet as ৳500 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower.

Intellectual Property
All platform content belongs to Pin-Up Bangladesh, its operator, or licensed partners. Software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and game interfaces may be used only for personal, non-commercial access.
Copying or modifying platform materials is prohibited. Users must not reproduce, distribute, resell, imitate, or misuse Pin-Up content, apps, logos, or support pages without permission.
Security, Privacy, and Fair Play

Funds may be reviewed or withheld after serious violations. Users should resolve issues through official support instead of creating new accounts, bypassing restrictions, or using false information.
Governing Law and Disputes
The current Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes should first go through the internal complaints procedure, and unresolved cases may be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
Bangladesh users should still check local legal requirements. The Terms place responsibility on the user to ensure that online gambling is not prohibited in their jurisdiction.
